You just have to get out of the house!

 It has been a wonderful weekend away!  I just have to say it is so important for families to go away for the weekend together!  Go do something fun and different from your routine.  We left Saturday morning and headed for San Simeon, CA.

We stayed in San Simeon and this morning we went to visit Hearst Castle!
  It was a wonderful experience! It was full of great architectural beauty!  We spent almost 4 hours touring the castle, gardens, pools, and saw a great video on a 5-story movie screen.  Life is short, make fruit that will last!  Take time out of your busy schedules to enjoy time together away from home!  If money is an issue, do day trips.  Pack a picnic lunch and go visit a new town nearby.  Chores always have to be done.  Get away from the chores for the day!

I know it's not always easy...
I have one child that can't wait to go to new places and see new things.  On the other hand, I have a child that would rather stay home and it is a chore to drag him out to go anywhere that is new and different.  YOU still have to go!  Push through it and get out and see what God has blessed us with!
